  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and makeup products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
