Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and makeup products cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
